Woodberry Coffee Roasters is a quaint cafe group based out of Yoga—a Tokyo town on the outskirts of Shibuya. When Tokyo Coffee last checked in with the team at Woodberry they had just opened their second cafe-kiosk, down the road from their first. Since then they have opened a third location in Daikan-yama, and rebranded their kiosk as a donut and coffee shop.
The team at Woodberry are a committed bunch. Building each cafe themselves and learning as they go. Their main cafe in Yoga is a place that charmed me instantly; anyone would be thrilled to have this shop as their local hub. You can read more about how Woodberry got started in an interview here.
