Welcome to Tokyo Coffee.

I’m Eric—a writer, content creator, and total coffee nerd. What started years ago as a passion project mapping Tokyo’s vibrant specialty café scene and guiding coffee walks across the city has evolved alongside my own kitchen setup.

Today, Tokyo Coffee is dedicated to taking the guesswork out of home brewing.
